This project consists of re-roof, new siding (Hardiplank), aluminum soffit, fascia, and trim. A second story addition, some new windows, floor is cantilevered out over doorway, dormer, eyebrow all the way around addition, gutters, downspouts buried underground, square footage isn't large, but the transformation will be huge to the exterior of this house and roof design.
